Kansas City Breweries: A Visual Pub Crawl

I am creating a book surrounding the Kansas City brewery scene. It is a visual pub crawl, every spread is a different brewery—complete with a beautiful image of beer shot on location or in the studio and details about the brewery. The book includes 60 breweries from St. Joe to Gardner and from Lawrence to Grain Valley. I am trying to gage the intrest in my project to determine if I should go to press with this book.
